Cancellation & Booking Policy
Your appointments are very important to the team members of PLAN B; they are reserved especially for you. To ensure efficient scheduling, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all colour services and 24 hours’ notice for other services.
“No shows” are subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00 upon your next appointment….and we may send ninjas after you.

If you’re lucky, there is parallel parking on Water St and Bernard Ave, otherwise there is a parkade around the corner on Lawrence Ave. There is also a bike rack right out front.
When we’re open
Monday to Friday:
9:00am – 7:00pm or by appointment.
Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Sundays & Holidays: Closed
PLAN B is an official Redken Professional salon. We also offer Evo products & Reuzel Pomades among a plethora of other high-quality brands in shop.
